Better Vacations With Fractional Ownership
I remember my first marketing was with timeshares. It was great, sell a week of vacation time in a great resort that can be used year after year. Many of the customers would end up purchasing additional weeks as well. It made great vacation sense. Now, these kind of arrangements have gotten even better with fractional ownership. Fractional ownership is where the chunks of year round time is much more, normally 8 weeks or more. It sure does improve upon timeshares.
