If you are buying a home, you need to be prepared. There is no such thing as being over prepared. My sister learned this the hard way when she recently sold her house and tried to buy a new one. She didn’t use realtor checklists to make sure that she didn’t run into problems. If she had then she would have known exactly what needed to be done and when it needed to be done. It would have been a life saver for her.
I love my new motorhome. I bought it a month ago and I have had a lot of fun with it. I like how it is a home on wheels. I am thinking about making it into my office for the work I do. I think it would make a great office. It has everything I need in it to get work done. I like how it is quiet to work out in it and avoid other people.
What I like most is that I can take it where I want my office to be. Whether that is in a parking lot with WIFI or it’s in a place with great natural beauty. I like the idea.
It’s sometimes tough to do what needs to be done. We sometimes worry about offending other people with our choices. It doesn’t matter if the choice is what is best for us in our situation, we still worry about how the choice might possibly affect other people. This is a good thing, but it shouldn’t dictate what we do too much. We need to make sure that we are doing what is best for ourselves and communicate that to those around us. If we do this then instead of offending others, we will gain the support of others and then our decision will rock.
Plans are always meant to change. If your plans are not flexible then you will find it difficult achieving all that you need to achieve. That is the nature of life and the nature of the beast. Flexibility is the key to having a better life, that is certain. I’ve seen it time and time again in my life.
Me? I’m becoming a lot more flexible in the coming weeks to deal with opportunities that can make things much better for my family. Let’s see if I’m flexible enough to really make it all happen.
Wow, I can’t believe that it is another year! Last year went by so fast and it’s hard to believe that 2012 ended without a hitch. Onward and upward to better things going forward is all I can say. I know we are on the cusp of greatness and we need to make it happen now.
I guess 2013 could be called the year of doing it now!
