Get A Quadband GSM Unlocked Phone Now
One of the first rules for international travelers is to keep good communication. With the recent earthquakes in Haiti and Chile, it’s pretty clear just how important good communication devices are. One of the best ways to keep communication easy and open wherever you go is to get an unlocked phone and make sure that it’s a quad band GSM. Don’t waste your time with expensive roaming when getting a new SIM on the ground is so easy. I’d start looking for an unlocked quadband right now, if I were you.
Gold Prospecting As A New Job
Have you given much thought to gold prospecting? If you haven’t then maybe you should. I was hearing that there is an untold amount of gold in the hills just ready to be picked up. Can you imagine how it could change your life to pick up a gold mining claim and then work it? You could make much more than you do in your current job and spend your time working out in the great outdoors. How’s that for enjoying life?
There are some thing that you need to get started, but believe it or not, the most basic thing you need is a gold pan….and then just some basic camping equipment. Yep, that’s all. If you do that, then you are set to find your riches right under your feet as a gold prospector.
I will be exploring this topic more in depth on this or another blog, but don’t worry, I will keep you posted.

Home Office Bliss
I love how we redid this home office. I know I talked how I remodeled it earlier this year, but it really does make my work much more efficient these days. I am able to relax more in my home office and this means that my projects have much more thought devoted to them and the end results are much better than before. I owe it all to getting a new desk, some new office chairs, and a sofa off to the side. Not only is my home office a great place to work, but it’s also a great place to relax.
Top 5 Concerns of the Newly Self Employed
Becoming self employed can bring a lot of fears to the forefront, especially when a weak economy is on the horizon. That’s definitely not the best time to open a business, or so it would seem. All of this serves to heighten the concerns of the newly self employed. I have put together my Top 5 Concerns of the Newly Self Employed.
1) Inflation. With prices going up, how can you easily jump into a business and even think about competing on price?
2) Health Insurance. How can you cope with your health insurance needs? It’s costs can put a huge hamper in business plans.
3) Access to Capital. With the recent tightening of the credit market, how can I get access to the capital to build a business?
4) High Taxes. Taxes are high on businesses and the paperwork is just so convoluted.
5) Chances of Success. What kind of chance do I have to be successful?
I hope to offer advice on these in the coming days because I am working through these concerns myself right now.
