My Discovery About Walking
I’ve realized something over the last week or so….I like walking now. When my weight was so high, I just couldn’t walk a lot of distance so I didn’t. I took up a lot of biking and that was my preferred way to get around because walking was out of the picture. I decided to do some walking in the last week or so and I discovered that I really like it.
I guess more walking is in my future. I just wish I could find a good way to combine walking with bike riding as a transportation choice. Anyone have any ideas on that one?
Why I Love Studying Supplements
Last week I wrote a post about how my life is changed how my interests of changed. I mentioned that I have a lot of interest in health issues and those developed in my own personal quest to be healthier and live healthier. To this end, I have done a lot of looking at different supplements such as xomax. It’s interesting how different supplements can work differently for different people and help different people achieve different results. That’s why for me at least is important to look on the Internet and find out about new supplements and how they are working for other people.
I suppose this is why I do love writing, learning, and studying about different health supplements and how people can use them for maximum benefit. In the back of my mind, I’ve always thought that maybe I should be an herbal doctor or herbalist.
Using The Computer Too Much
Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. I am sure everyone has heard that phrase and while I know it’s a true, I can never seem to get to bed early with so many distractions. There’s Facebook, the internet, news sites and many more just beckoning me to visit them and sit for hours in the evening in front of the computer. I know I need to stop this. I need to use the internet even less.
Is this an addiction or it is something I can control? Any ideas on how I can sleep earlier at night and curb my computer usage?
Find Your Own Path To Health
I am so glad that I got my health back through dieting and exercise. It has opened up so many avenues. I know that everyone loses weight different and everyone has different needs. Some might need to look around for supplements to help them, such as a friend who found HCG shots Austin, and some people do it with just excessive exercise. The one thing I found when getting back my health is that everyone’s body is different and everyone has a different pathway to better health.
I’ve said it before but I will say it again, if you want to lose weight, find the ways that work the best for you.
Onward And Upward Against Diabetes
I am learning more each and every day in how to deal with this disease called Diabetes. It truly does sap my energy and it makes it hard for me to do the things that I used to do. I am confronting different challenges but it only helps me get over this illness and move onward and upward.
Some days I feel like I can change the world, while other days I feel like the world is trying to change me. I would say that this is the biggest challenge affecting me because of this diabetes. I am thankful that during this time, I have received a lot of moral support from friends and family. It has made all the difference.
