Time To Install New Sink?
I’d love to put in a new sink before the new school year starts and life gets way to busy. I’ve been looking at a nice triple undermount sink that would be perfect in our kitchen. I really like the idea of having a new one and so does my wife. I think it just might also be a decent investment since it would increase the value of our home.
Can you offer us any opinions in the comment section?
Time For Bow Hunting
I have been looking at getting some bowhunting equipment lately. I see it as a good way to being able to take care of yourself in a SHTF type of situation. Everyone thinks about guns in these kind of situations, but while you can run out of bullets, you can reuse your arrows and keep hunting no matter what comes your way.
And don’t worry, a modern compound bow can give you more hunting power than you need, remember that Native Americans used the old style bows to take down buffalo. Yep, you might want to look into bowhunting equipment ASAP.
Wedding Gifts For The Groom?
I’ve got a wedding to go to next week and I need to find a decent gift. Many people either shop for a gift for the bride or for the couple itself. Not me, I am going to shop for the groom. In fact, I’ve been looking at different wedding gift ideas for the groom on the internet over the last few days.
I think I might have found a couple of good ones but I’d love to hear from my readers about different wedding gift ideas for men. Do you have any to share? What would you have liked as a gift at your wedding?
Check Out Home Weather Stations
Ok, one of my biggest interests is weather. I have several software packages on my computer to help predict weather and I am working on putting together a system to do weather modeling. One squidoo lens that I made was about Home Weather Stations.
What are home weather stations? They are electronic readouts that show you the high and low temperature, wind speed and direction, barometic pressure, humidity and on some stations even rainfall. It’s a great way to keep track of the current weather right outside your door.
Back To Pine Beds
I was looking at getting a new bed for our master bedroom the other day. I saw some really nice pine beds. I think they have a nice look to them and pine lasts for a long time. There is just something nice about a wood bed versus a cold metal frame. It’s warm and inviting instead of being cold. It’s been a long time since I’ve used a wooden bed so this is gonna be a nice treat.
Anyone else made the switch back to wood/pine beds?
