A friend recently had a baby and I suggested that she make sure she has some personalized baby keepsakes made up. I wish I would have done the same when our two boys were born, but we really didn’t think about it and then the time went on. It’s something I wish we had for them at the time. Anyways, you can’t change the past but you can indeed change the present so I hope she gets the keepsakes that will last forever.

I have learned that locks are very important in your home and the best way to keep them in good shape is to start out with a good brand like Kwikset. There are plenty of no-name brands out there, but frankly I don’t trust my family’s safety to no-name. I like brands that I can trust and feel secure in knowing that they will function when needed.
While quality locks are the be all end all of home security, they are a very important first step.

Shoes To Help The Whole Body

I was looking at new shoes for Christmas for my wife and I came across mbt shoes. I didn’t really know about them before, but they are actually pretty interesting. They claim to be good for the entire body, not just the feet. When you think about it, the feet take all the body’s pounding so improving how your feet feel should make your whole body feel better.
Interesting running shoes and I wonder if they will help my wife’s feet? This could be good.
Learning While Preparing

A friend of mine is into prepping and he is trying to put together a lot of food and various medical equipment, from oxygen to defibrillators to even something called a holter. He is really trying to make sure that he is prepared for the worse case scenario. Me? I just think it’s cool that he is putting together some nice supplies. It might come in handy, or it might not, but he is gaining more knowledge by putting everything together and that’s a good thing.
