Get What You Are Entitled To
I remember a few years back when a friend had a motorcycle accident. It was quite difficult for him and his family to deal with all of the consequences. He also got hounded by the other guy’s insurance company and they kept trying to get him to settle it all for less than what he was due. It was sad all the way around and it wasn’t good for him. He didn’t know that he could find a San Jose motorcycle accident attorney and get what he was entitled to for him and his family. I still think about it and it makes me sad.

Who runs this website? With all due respect, it seems that every company you “watch” seems to be shady… It is literally impossible to find any useful information on this website as to what we SHOULD do to earn our TEFL certification. Further, everyone on this website is unnamed and uses poor puncuatuation, grammer and spelling. Who runs this website? It seems just as illegitimate as all those whoa re being accused by you. Has anyone actually ever used the courses under this “watch,” or are all these posts just information heard through a whole line of telephone players?
Please explain your credibility when you post. I have done some very extensive research on this matter and am supposed to leave in January to teach in Spain. If you have personally experienced this and think it was less than life-changing, please let me know so I do not make the same mistake. However, if you remain unnamed accusers who heard from a friend’s friend that all TEFL programs are shady, please do not reply.
Further, I clicked on the “information” button after actively searching this site for only a couple of answers, and was instantly sent to someone’s blog about sports… Again, with all due respect, who are you, TEFL Watch, and who are the people posting their thoughts of randomness and heresy on your site?
a cousin got into an accident a while back and he pretty much went through what your friend had to deal with… it’s just sad how some people take advantage of a situation such as this… he didn’t get an attorney though, and i believe that to date, he’s still paying the other guy for the damages…
A little while ago, my good friend was involved in an accident whereby a truck veered into her lane and she rammed straight up the back of if.
Unfortunately the truck driver lied and maintain he never entered her lane, was always in that lane and she was merely a careless driver who was lacking in the appropriate cautions.
He sued her and won and got a large sum of money, as she was uninsured she was paying him off with most of her earnings.
The legal vultures fees alone almost bankrupted her.
Anyway…
It turned out the was video footage from a nearby store camera that proved her story, as she found whilst talking to the shop owner about six months after the accident, but the opposition legal team neglected to share it, going so far as to tell the store owner it was police property – They weren’t the police.
The owner had a back up – My friend had the case reopened and the legal team was charged with fraud.
She was vindicated and now is getting payed back plus a little something for her awful troubles.
Tell me what you're thinking...
