Getting A Loan

I am currently helping a friend get a new mortgage on their home. It’s proving to be a very interesting exercise. They have bad credit and naturally it should be difficult for them to find a mortgage, especially with what you are reading in the news, but that’s not the case.

In fact, they are finding several different offers for loans available.They have a good choice of terms and interest rates. All that’s left for them to do is to decide which loans makes the best financial sense in both the short and the long term and then take out the loan. Their dream home is fast becoming a reality.

It’s great to help a friend get the home loan they need. It really makes me feel good inside.
