Only knowledge of the subject is never enough to pass the test successfully. Tips and tricks appear to be sometimes even more useful then knowledge itself. I faced with this while passing my CPE test - if only i wasn't aware about tips and tricks i'd certainly fail :-) Thanks for the link to Club Z Tutoring - i will reccomend it to all my friends who plan taking TOEFL and GMAT soon.
