Investment, Not Purchase
We need a new ceiling fan for our house. Normally I just go with the cheapest one I can find, but my wife wants us to have a nice one that fits into our house like a Minka Aire. I suppose that makes sense because having a nice one will keep the resale value of the house, in fact it might even raise our home value more than the cost of buying it.
I guess that means it ceases to be a purchase and instead becomes an investment, right?
