Managing Rental Ideas
I am very busy trying to get a few houses ready for rentals in the spring. This is something I am doing a lot of work on trying to get it successful. I am working alongside a friends who owns the rentals. I will be the one to manage them but cleaning is definitely not fun. I ran across one cary cleaning service that looks promising. That means part of my work is done.
Any suggestions for other things I might need to look at for managing the rentals?
