IZEA is looking to come out with a new product today or tomorrow. I can’t figure out which. I think the announcement might come today, but actual signup will happen tomorrow and onwards. I have absolutely no details about it except what I have been getting out of twitter.

It claims to be different than current products while at the same time building up the knowledge gained when putting together other products in the Izea family. I really have no idea what it could be, but I will throw out some wild guesses that I know aren’t right.

1) Izea Widget Ads

2) Izea Social Network, unrelated to SocialSpark.

3) Some kind of blogger tool

Ok, I guess we just wait now.

Trade shows and conferences are a great way to make a name for your company. They give you a great chance to interact with customers, vendors and other representatives. The result is increased revenue.

I have thought about attending a few TEFL conferences myself for a few websites I own, but I just haven’t gotten around to doing it. Maybe that’s because I don’t have any good ideas for putting together a trade show booth.

Not anymore. I just found some great pop up trade show booths. They are perfect for all kinds of trade show exhibits and are made by The Godfrey Group. They make many different kinds of trade show displays.

Can you believe the once darling of the left crowd is closing 600 stores. Not only that, but 12,000 people are losing their jobs. Why? Because the stores are either under performing or are not anticipated meet profit expectations.

The pundits are saying that Starbucks built too many coffee shops and they built them too close together. Not to mention that there is too much competition with other outlets like McDonald’s. Yep,you heard it right, the pundits are saying that people are starting to go get their coffee at McDonald’s instead of Starbucks.

I guess the real reason is that in this economy, $4 coffee is an unnecessary luxury.

It’s summertime and with the July 4th holiday just around the corner, it’s time to get out there and enjoy some time on the water. It’s something that my wife and I enjoy doing. It’s a great family activity, most of the time.

If you could do just one thing, if you could just have one dream job, what would it be? That’s a question I am frequently asking my students these days. It’s a tough question indeed. What are the best jobs? What is the best job for you?

I think it’s getting tougher and tougher to find an ideal job. Many people are multi talented and can do many different things well. This means that they can have several ideal jobs and finding one is becoming increasingly difficult.

I wish I had an answer for this problem.
