POS: More Than Meets The Eye
When opening up a business, many people think of the POS system. They see the cash register or the cash drawer as the main part of the system, but a POS system is more than just the stuff you see. Much of the action and benefits of a POS system is the stuff that goes on inside the computer system.
What goes on in the system? Well, inventory is tracked, prices are track, and best of all sales taxes and sales are tracked in real time. This means that it’s possible to have a real time look at your business with a POS system. Pretty interesting, right?
