I have talked before about putting together a POS system for a small store. There are several different parts including the software, the computer, the monitor and even the scanner. One part that is often overlooked when thinking about the system is the receipt printer. This actually one of the most important pieces of the POS puzzle.

Indeed, when it comes to choosing a good POS solution, being able to look at the whole picture is crucial. On that note; the best way to make sure that the whole picture is seen is to buy all of your POS equipment, including the receipt printer, from the same company, so that you can know that it will all be compatible.
