Scales: Check Your Progress

I am back on the losing weight train now. I normally don’t watch the scales when I am trying to lose weight, but there does come a time when you need to check your weight and see how much you’ve lost. I did this the other day when I bought a set of scales.

It was nice to finally see just how much weight I have been losing and also see what kind of goals I can set for myself.
