Should I Go With A Treadmill?

As some of you may be aware of, I have recently started losing weight and doing a lot more exercise. I think it’s a positive development and one that will ultimately greatly improve my health. I am getting a lot of suggestions though from people giving me exercise ideas. My wife is trying to get me to look at getting a treadmill to help me lose weight. It actually looks like a good idea on paper, but I’d love to hear what other people have to say about it. What do you all think?

  2. I recently had to leave the gym due to belt tightening caused by the recession and invested in some weights. Much like the treadmill you are pondering I used them initialy but then soon found it too awkward dragging the bench out and setting up every time and the bench became nothing more than a clothes horse!! I also bought a bike which i have had far more use from and Im getting fresh air at the same time.
