New Bathroom Fixtures
I am looking into outfitting my bathroom with some new fixtures so I have been looking at some Moen faucets. I think they are some of the highest quality ones you can buy. I hear about them all the time and so does my wife. I think this is why she wants them put in so badly. Oh well, I think I will bite the bullet and go ahead and do it. We might as well have a nice new bathroom.
Bathroom: Remodeling For Value
I like doing home improvement projects. Is a great chance to improve the value of our property and increase the amount of equity we have. Any increase in equity is added money to our net worth. maybe this is why we are always finding different projects to be completed.
For example, we recently completed a bathroom renovation. This was a lot of fun especially when we had the chance to find new bathroom light fixtures. Having new bathroom light fixtures with really improved the look and value of our bathroom. Now we are looking at other rooms to tackle.

It’s after Christmas so that means that it’s time to start thinking about spring cleaning and spring remodeling projects. It also means that it’s time to start looking for what kind of new furniture you might need in your home so you can start budgeting now. Yep, after Christmas time is certainly planning time.
Remodeling The Bedroom
During the New Year, I think it will be time to finally remodel our bedroom. It will be a chance to improve the looks of the room where I spend 8 to 10 hours a day as well as a chance to pick up a new bed. One bed that my wife has suggested to me is the sleep number bed. It’s an interesting bed that promises a comfortable and restful night sleep tailored to your specific needs. Sounds like just what I am looking for.
Now all we need to decide on is what kind of wallpaper we will use…
Remodeling My Home Office = Higher Productivity
One thing I decided to do this week was to remodel my home office area. I just found that the current layout was making me less productive than I could be. I knew that I have to improve the lighting and the ergonomics of the office where I work 8 to 12 hours day, 6 days a week. That means out with the old furniture and in with more contemporary furniture. It meant getting a new desk, a new chair and even putting a sofa over on the wall so that when I need a break, I can go and lounge out for a half an hour or so.
What has been the results of this change? The change was so impressive. I have seen my productivity start to increase and find it even more enjoyable to do my project work. More project work means more income. I estimate that I will repay for the change in my home office in just 1 month from the increased productivity. Not too bad, heh?
