Think About Saving Money

I have talked a lot recently about doing everything you can to save money. It’s easier to save money than earn more money in the current economy. The kicker is that saving money now can help you for years in the future because the new skills you will learn and the old habits that you’ll break.

With all the expenses that we have on a monthly basis, the irregular expenses are the ones that are the toughest to deal with. Take eyeglasses for example, you don’t buy eyeglasses all the time, but they are typically expensive. If you can cut down on the price you pay for eyeglasses, then that savings will help your bottom line.

Good deal, right? Think about other ways that you can save some money. You’ll be glad you did.

  2. You are so right on with it being easier to safe money than to make money in the current climate.

However, that said, I SINCERELY HOPE that we will continue to embrace recycled materials for our crafts (as I so heftily promote on my blog) even when the recession is lifted.

I find that being thrifty, by thinking recycling and making art and craft that way, that my projects have more flair and individual flavor and umpf than when using only store-bought materials…
