Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. I am sure everyone has heard that phrase and while I know it’s a true, I can never seem to get to bed early with so many distractions. There’s Facebook, the internet, news sites and many more just beckoning me to visit them and sit for hours in the evening in front of the computer. I know I need to stop this. I need to use the internet even less.
Is this an addiction or it is something I can control? Any ideas on how I can sleep earlier at night and curb my computer usage?
